The 6-phase framework:
Phase 1 — Medical Team Input: We start where your PT or Dr. left off, incorporating your clearance guidelines and collaborating with your medical team as needed.
Phase 2 — Root Cause Analysis: We identify every factor that contributed to the injury so we address the full picture and prevent recurrence.
Phase 3 — Identify Weaknesses: We assess muscle imbalances, endurance deficits, and mobility limitations that increase re-injury risk.
Phase 4 — Mental Focus: We build the mental resilience to navigate return-to-run anxiety and the road back to racing.
Phase 5 — Building Back Stronger: Progressive return-to-running integrated with strength training and cross-training.
Phase 6 — Race Training: Goal race training with injury prevention and recovery built into every block. You arrive at the start line stronger than you left.
