Whether you’re running your first mile or attempting a BQ, you are an athlete and you should train like one. Coming back from injury can be overwhelming. It is never a linear process and it is hard to navigate the ups and downs by yourself. Running alone isn’t enough; all of the other building blocks are key to your success. This is why my philosophy ensures safe, smart, and sustainable training, backed by science, to help you return to the starting line, achieve your goals, and support a lifetime of running

Coach Nora

I have been a runner for 20 years. For many years I made every mistake possible before I decided to learn as much as I could about the science of running. Now I use that knowledge to prevent others from making the same bad decisions and to rebound from injuries faster and stronger.

I have had my fair share of injuries during my running career. It is so challenging to bridge the gap between the clearance to start running again from the PT and getting to the starting line (and the finish line) of a race. I always felt overwhelmed figuring out how to get from here to there. So I decided to create the program that I needed so many times in my running career.

I take my love and experience for both science and running together to focus on working with clients to create sustainable and successful strategies to maximize their potential and long term capabilities. My goal is to put together a plan that reflects your goals and needs.

I hold dual UESCA (United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy) certifications in both running coaching and strength coaching, science-based credentials that reflects the comprehensive approach Mile After Mile takes to training.
