This is why Mile After Mile’s philosophy ensures safe, smart, and sustainable training to help you maximize your potential, achieve your goals, and support a lifetime of running.

Coach Nora has been a runner for over 18 years and is a UESCA certified running coach. For many years she made every mistake possible before she decided to learn as much as she could about the science of running. Now she uses her knowledge to prevent others from making the same bad decisions she did.

She’s taken her love for both science and running together to focus on working with clients to create sustainable and successful strategies to maximize their potential and long term capabilities. Her goal is to put together a plan that reflects your goals and needs.
